Our service department is continuously winning awards for their outstanding performance and support to all our customers. 

For a major system failure Dial Tone Communications Inc., without additional costs, will provide service on a 24 hour per day basis. Dial Tone Communications Inc. will respond within two hours of the call being taken. Emergency service will apply during a major repair or service problem on a 24-hour per day basis. 

For regular service requests, Dial Tone Communications Inc. will respond within 24 hours. If the call is received in the morning the response will be the same day in the afternoon. If the call is received in the afternoon, response will be the next day in the morning but not after the end of the next business day. 

The end result is a total communications package sourced by one company, giving our customers more time to spend on projects other than communications.
